The site is operated by EasyFundr and is an online platform intended to let users post fundraising campaigns and accept monetary donations for sports programs. This Privacy Policy outlines our policies regarding information collected from visitors to the site, and registered users including Fundraising Organizers and Donors. This includes personally identifiable data and other information collected by us and third party sites.

When you visit and interact with the Site, we may collect personal data and other information from you as described below:

Personal Data That You Provide to Us
We collect Personal Data from you when you voluntarily provide such information, such as when you contact us, register as a user, donate to a campaign, register as a Fundraiser, respond a surveys, or use certain other services or activities. Wherever EasyFundr collects Personal Data we make an effort to provide a link to this Privacy Policy.

When you voluntarily provide us with your Personal Data you are agreeing to our Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. You agree that your information will be recorded and stored by us or our agents or companies we do business with to provide you with our Services. Your data will be transferred from your location to our offices or servers and authorized third parties.

To create an account, donate, or create a fundraising project on EasyFundr, we need to collect and process some information from you that you provide. We also may collect this information when you email us, complete forms, or subscribe to newsletters or comment on the site. This information may include but not limited to your name, address, telephone numbers, email address, IP address, computer operating system, browser type, login name, and password.

Data that will not be publicly displayed or revealed to other users are items such as your payment information, password, IP address, phone number, email or private communications you have with EasyFundr.

When you create a new fundraising project your organization’s name, city, and state will be publicly available.

If you chose to donate to a fundraiser, the creator of the fundraiser will be notified for you name, email, and amount donated. Any other notes, comments, or other information you provide will be shared with the fundraiser organizer. Comments may also be posted to the public fundraising site.

Various school officials and coaches and staff may have access to data you provide to the fundraiser creator.

Other Information & Non-Personally Identifiable Data
When you use the Site, collect and store certain personally non-identifiable information that enables us to provide functionality of the site. This passively collected information arrives via various technologies and analytics. We may store this information on databases and servers owned or leased by EasyFundr or our affiliates, agents, or service providers. The information may be pooled or combined with other information to track and provide us with analytical data about our Site and services and user actions.

We may use a technology called ‘cookies’ or ‘pixels’ or other informatin tools that interacts with your browser when you access Cookes and other technologies help was provide functionality to the site and enhacce user experiences and help us improve our offerings.

When you use the Services and the Site to organize a fundraising campaign we will collect your residence city, state and zip code, phone number, email, IP address, and other data in connection with your fundraising campaign. To appear in our Public Search Listing to publicize your fundraising campaign you agree to have your city, state and zip code and organization name publicly available. We may also use your location data in an aggregated way or used by our research and analytics providers.

Google Analytics and Similar Analytics
We may allow third parties such as Google and Facebook to provide research and analytics technologies to collect information about your visit and how you interact with the site.

Social Networking Integrations
EasyFundr enables users to integrate with Social Networking Services such as Facebook, Google, Twitter, Instagram, and other similar sites. Integration with these services enables enhanced features for users and these sites will share certain information you have given them. Please see the Privacy Policy of those sites you allow EasyFundr to connect with.

Mobile Device Address Book
If you enable integration to your address book, EasyFundr may also collect data about the contacts you have.

EasyFundr is not in the business of selling your information. We consider this information to be essential to serve our customers, fundraisers, and donors. There are, however, certain circumstances in which we may share your Personal Data with certain third parties without further notice to you:

Business Sale: As we develop our business, we might sell or buy businesses or assets. In the event of a corporate sale, merger, reorganization, dissolution or similar event, Personal Data may be part of the transferred assets.

Agents, Consultants and Related Third Parties: EasyFundr hires other companies to perform certain business-related functions. Examples of such functions include mailing information, maintaining databases, website analytics, and processing payments. When we employ another entity to perform a function of this nature, we only provide them with the information that they need to perform their specific function.
